Positive: Location of this house is perfect. You will be literally Stalin's neighbor:D The host is nice family, the room is clean and has everything for your stay. Kitchen is spacious. Only downside is that the walls between rooms are thin and when somebody phones you can hear every word. So not good for KGB or Georgia mafia:D Just a bad joke. For the price is this guest house the best choice. Thank you my friends.
