Other Policy Licensed short term let property, additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy are not permitted. guest numbers are checked/monitored, inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring service dogs. please note that a maximum of 3 pets are allowed at the property, ev (electric vehicle) charging from the apartment electricity outlets is strictly prohibited. failure to adhere to ev (electric vehicle) charging terms and conditions will incur a £200.00 charge, please do not, under any circumstances, dispose of non-degradable items into the toilets or drains as the property is linked to a private septic tank. the drains will immediately become blocked - and unusable - and regrettably, any call out for blockage to the septic tank will be charged to the guest, all rubbish/recycling must be removed from the apartment before/at departure. regrettably, non-conformity will incur an administration charge of £20.00 deducted from the security deposit, ensure you do not lose the property keys or lock yourself out of the property. a replacement key fee of £10.00 will be charged in the event of lost keys and a call out charge of £40.00 will be applied if it is necessary for a member of staff to retrieve keys or replace them, strictly no additional services are to be added to the cable tv service and/or transferred to personal devices. any additions will be charged for plus an administration fee of £50, ensure you take all of your personal items with you as regrettably, any left items to be posted back to you will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus cost of postage. lost items will be disposed of one week after your departure date inclusive.guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Positive: It was such a wonderful stay - the view was stunning, felt amazingly remote but there are houses not far away. The night is truly black and the days were glorious no matter the weather. Beds were comfortable and loved the coziness of the living room and fireplace. Directions and instructions were clear. Decoration made it feel homely and lived in which was great. We felt at home straight away.
Negative: For us the kitchen ustensiles were slightly sparse (but we are a family of six who really enjoy cooking!). But frankly everything was great.
Summary: Exactly what I went searching for in Scotland - peaceful, quiet, cozy

Positive: Beautifully furnished Lovely views Cosy Loved the log burner and table tennis
Negative: Very cold upon arrival. Took a while to warm up. Garage could do with a coat of paint internally and an outside light. Fan in master bedroom en-suite rattles in the wind. But these are all minor points. I’d return tomorrow if I could.

Positive: The views are spectacular, location was good to get to most things within 1/2 hour to hour, fire place adds so much ambiance and facilities so clean. The ping pong and darts were fun. Owners very good about communication and helpful hints. Saw deer outside our bedroom window.
Negative: No complaints.

Positive: The house is super functional and the view is spectacular. If we could we would have stayed another month. Absolutely loved it. The garden is fenced so dog could run around with the kids. The kitchen has everything we needed and the baths are nice.
