Positive: Everything, it was such a nice apartment. Shower was big, bed was very comfortable and air conditioning was working very good. It was equipped with everything that you would need. They even told us about a celebration and where we should go in the city. Parking was easily accessible. Bus stop was right in front of the building.

Negative: Literally nothing

Summary: I would definitely recommend and stay there again

Positive: Everything was great. The apartment had everything you needed for a 3 night stay. Very clean and comfortable. Very good location. Fully enjoyed staying there.

Negative: Did not know how to throw the garbage outside, as the app was in italian, so I did not know how to manage that part. During dayhours (08:00-20:00), you had to find a paid parking, as you could not park outside the apartment.

Summary: If I come back to Firenze, I will be booking the same apartment!

Negative: No lift to 1st floor/hand rail- instead a rope provided, transportation-getting taxi/waiting period is too long. No supermarket. Parking is in public free space. Check out time is 10am, upon request got 11am check out

Positive: We spent three days there and were sad to leave. The apartment is quite big, there is a separate dressing room and a pantry where you can put all your suitcases. There is a wine store and two pizzerias right by the house :) The big grocery store is 3 minutes away by car.
