Positive: Elegant, luxurious furnishings and decor, well-equipped kitchen and bath, plenty of space, gated parking, and gracious hosts Chiara and Luigi ! We loved staying here, and it was very conveniently located near the airport with easy access to Florence.

Negative: We found nothing we didn’t like about this lovely apartment.

Summary: When we come back to Florence, this will be our home base.

Positive: Fantastic stay. Luigi and Chiara were very welcoming and kind. They took us to the tram station and explained how to use it and get into town. 50m to the tram stop and 12 mins to the Centre of Florence. Super easy.

Positive: We stayed 3 nights at Mr Luigi's apartment and are totally very pleased and enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean, neat and has all the essentials. The whole house smell so nice and comfortable. It is exactly as described and as shown on the listing. If you drive, there is a free private space for you within the apartment compound and we felt safe. Just outside across the street, there is the tram station that goes directly to city centre, very convenient. Supermarket & eateries are also very nearby. Checking in & out was very easy and Mr Luigi and his daughter are all very kind & friendly. This is the far most comfortable apartment throughout our trip in our recent trip to Italy. Will definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who needs a cozy holiday home in Florence. Thumbs up!!

Positive: This apartment was the highlight of our holiday as far as accommodation was concerned. It is a full two bed apartment with kitchen and living room, in a quiet block just outside Florence. It had all the facilities we required and more. Even Items like washing detergent for the washing machine were provided. In fact, it was a home from home. Very clean and the attention to detail by the owner, Luigi was incredible. He is a true Gentleman and the apartment reflected his sense of Italian style. The apartment is situated just outside Florence but only metres away from a tram stop which takes you directly into the city at a very small cost. There is plenty of secure parking at the rear of the building where we parked our motorcycle and used the public transport.

Negative: Nothing. This apartment was a result for us. We had a very relaxing time here and would most certainly return.
