Positive: The pool was excellent, and the yard is very spacious and well maintained. The bathroom was amazing to use. The location was an ideal combination of remoteness for a private atmosphere and proximity to Florence. 30-minute ride by public transport to the center of Florence. The host and everyone else were extremely polite and ready to help with anything. I recommend it very much! Che bello!

Negative: A small nitpick: one of the outlets by the bed seemed to be working on and off.

Positive: Property was beautiful-bed very comfortable with really good quality linens, lots of fluffy towels and extras like bathrobes & slippers. Welcome bottle of wine, soft drinks cooling in the fridge, fruit and tea / coffee. Outdoor area was also beautiful and very private. Location great - easy to get the bus into town and nice patisserie close by.

Positive: We had a wonderful holiday staying in this beautiful apartment. Clean, comfortable, with everything we needed or could want. The private garden and pool for our use were fabulous. Our own steam room, immediately off our large walk-in shower was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook if we wanted to. On top of all that, our hosts were just amazingly helpful: texting us information so we could easily use the local bus service (number 11) to quickly get into the city centre; recommending local restaurants; nothing was too much trouble for them...incredibly, when, on our last day, there was a national public transport strike and all of the taxis were booked up too, our hosts drove us, at no charge, to the airport to catch our flight home, and gave us a mini tour of the sites en route. What can we say! Just amazing and thank you!! :-) :-)

Positive: This location offered us an experience of Florence that was like no other because it is located in a family villa in a beautiful and quiet part of the city about 30 min pleasant walk from the centre. It gave us the best of Florence - access and peace! The room provides privacy and everything is really well-appointed, clean and the private garden made us feel like we had a luxurious experience (the sauna is amazing too!). Very friendly hosts - thank you so much.

Positive: We loved the look of the space and high end amenities. We so enjoyed the steam room and pool and used them daily. The host was very gracious and always available. The location was perfect. Central and easy to get to everything we wanted to.

Negative: It would’ve been nice to have a full length mirror somewhere. Possible in the laundry area.

Summary: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We would definitely book another stay there.

Positive: I know this will look like a exaggeration, but it is not - everything about this accommodation was fabulous! The owner was very communicative on Booking messages and waiting for our arrival with keys and gave us all necessary instructions. After that he and his family gave us full privacy, even the house is connected to owner's home, it is well separated to have private accommodation. Just from the door of apartment there is beautiful garden, where you can sit. Apartment itself is the best one I have ever been in and is looking even better than in pictures. Owner left for us wine, fruit and drinks for free, which was very lovely. Appartment was very clean as new, with very nice equipments. The best part was definitely private hammam (spa) right in the bathroom - it has no separate entrance, it is really directly in the apartment just for you! The setting of hammam was very easy and there were even lovely incenses to put. Other bonuses where Netflix, free parking, great location when you go with car (10 min from Florence center) and even without car (20 min from Florence center). Definitely recommend this accommodation for everybody, specially for those, who want to have a calm stay, as Florence can be a little bit overcrowded. Special tip - ask owner of the history of the apartment building, because it is really interesting!
