Positive: The room was specious and tidy with a powerful shower. Street parking is free and just next to the guest house. The price is very reasonable regarding the location, especially during Edinburgh hogmanay. The host was also very nice, and breakfast was delivered to the door every morning with a warm greeting from him.

Negative: The hot water seemed to run out when 2 people shower back to back (though we both take relatively longer shower, I think). The second person had to use cold water at the end.

Positive: The Host is really friendly and helpful. The hotel price includes breakfast, which is awesome. The location is convenient. You only need to take a bus to get to the city. Personally, I prefer a double room. I think this room is very new and the equipment is better.

Negative: On the contrary, in a triple room, the toilet is relatively old, and it is easy to have the problem of toilet congestion. The light in the hotel is dim.
