Studio unit is located on the bottom floor underneath the main home upstairs. Upstairs unit is a larger Airbnb as well. No shared walls other than the ceiling.
Street parking is free and the only available parking for this studio unit. Main driveway is reserved for larger Airbnb unit upstairs.

Summary: What a great location. Lovely neighborhood to walk the doggies, two great parks with playgrounds within walking distance, and beautiful ocean and mountain views. Nice places to visit close by, like “ A Sacred Space” and “Godmothers”, and good eats all around.

Summary: Everything about the property was very good. Great bed, amenities, location. We just had a terrible time with guests above us who partied too long and too loud.
