Summary: Staff support lacking, not caring at all. Also the room was nice and spacious but the air conditioning unit extremely loud did not let us sleep.

Summary: The room smell like a grandma’s old closet. We were changed twice more than what advised on the website, paid extra for our teenager child. No breakfast and no slipper for the cold stone floor. The parking lot was pretty empty and most rooms seemed vacant, but the staff was unwilling to change us to a different room

Summary: Stayed here years ago, just didn't seem the same. Breakfast wasn't offered daily, and wasn't what we remembered from previous visits. A touch of professionalism was lacking in staffs appearance. We probably won't stay again but we wish them the best

Summary: The ocean view rooms actually have full on views of the ocean. This is a very quaint and incredibly well located lodge in the area of Summerland. Management is a little bit uptight in terms of process. It could be a turn off to some people. They're not disruptive and they are not invasive. But they will hound you to death in terms of what time you're going to arrive. Also moving rooms or changing rooms with another name is overly complicated. For example a friend I was traveling with had a last-minute job which did not allow them to use their room. They simply wanted to give the room to a friend, but because the room was in their name the hotel made that much more complicated than it needed to be to switch. But I would still recommend this place to everyone. Very clean very well kept in great location.

Summary: The room was cozy with a nice bed and fireplace. The ocean view balcony is big and has a great view but the traffic on the freeway kind of spoils the experience. It’s too bad the traffic noise is so loud but the hotel is cute and cozy

Summary: Poor internet reception, we didn’t have reception the first night. Basically, the room was grossly overpriced. Nice unit for $100/night.

Summary: Cleanliness, attention to detail, very comfy bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious! Loved that the chef came out to chat and check to make sure to e food was yummy.

Summary: The property was very nice and the staff that we met were very polite and friendly. We enjoyed our daily breakfast made to order but a small suggestion it would have been great to have had different option of sausage, bacon, ham each day with my omelet but overall, it was a nice addition to the start of our day. We were able enjoy the little wine and cheese tray that they put out, and we arrived back after our day out to enjoy a sweet treat. A nice little touch. I did enjoy my room, and the decor was warm and inviting. We were not able to get a massage at the Inn, but they recommended a Masseuse on State Street which was great! I would recommend the Inn to anyone wanting to stay in a quaint and warm Bed and Breakfast.
