Positive: The location of this apartment is amazing. Very close to boston common and most points of interest are walkable. If you do drive there is a parking garage with an in/out option on the next street. The apartment itself was not difficult to locate and is close to a number of restaurants and entertainment venues. Although small, everything you need is provided for you including toiletries except for a toothbrush/toothpaste. A few things about my booking were not super clear to me but staff was very responsive via messaging to get those questions answered.

Negative: Most of the issues with this apartment are cosmetic. The bathroom is in need of re-finishing. A large spot of the paint on the ceiling is chipping and the tub itself could use a resurface. The water pressure is also uneven Hot water has better pressure than cold. The Keys are located about 20 minutes away from the actual apartment and there is not a lot of parking nearby where you get the keys. Not a major issue as it is a pleasant walk but do be aware that the location of Key pick up that is sent out initially and the location you actually need to pick the key up from may not be the same as they were different for me.

Summary: good value apartment in a great location that would have been perfect if the bathroom was fixed up.

Positive: Room is clean. The bed is cozy. Enough room for our family to get rest and suit ourselves. The location is perfect near everywhere. I feel save traveling around..

Negative: no water pot, water of shower not hot enough, no window face outside making the room dark and damp.
