Summary: My kids and I stayed Here for a few days to explore Boston and see if Emerson College was a good fit for my teen. Being a single woman with kids always makes me nervous to travel. The staff were so nice and helpful. I felt completely safe. The property is super clean and nice. Fully stocked mini bar was great. The location is right by Boston Commons and less than a mile from Newbury Street. It was perfect. We will be back!!

Summary: Nice property expected it to be much more upscale for a W hotel but the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast however was VERY salty. Would definitely stay again.
