This space offers a large fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, high speed internet, 55" smart TV w/Disney+ & Netflix. The building has a fitness center, heated lap pool, BBQ & picnic area, a concierge, resident lounge & covered parking. No car needed, we are just a short walk to all shops, restaurants, the mall & amazing Waterfire!
One of the most desirable views in the building overlooking the courtyard and the city! We have all new furnishings, hard-surface plank flooring, a full bath with laundry in-unit and a fully equipped kitchen for that home town meal! Plus all towels and linens are provided.

Summary: Nice 1 BR apartment. Lots of dishes, appliances, basic pantry, etc. Quiet, spacious, good TV, laundry, indoor parking. Only downsides: check-in was a bit confusing because concierge was momentarily away from desk; two sets of keys but only one fob to get in building (so second key was pretty useless); parking spaces were SMALL.
