Summary: Clean, spacious unit with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and welcoming living area. It's hard to tell from the listing, but it is a basement/garden level unit, although it does still get plenty of natural light. If you're planning to park in the driveway, you'll have to coordinate with other guests because it's a very narrow space where you would be blocked in/block others in. Communication could be better: I had to ask for check-in information a couple hours before arrival, and I reported an issue about flies in the unit and didn't get any suggestions for solutions. Very close by car to local attractions and also walkable to a couple of nearby bus routes if you don't want to drive downtown.
