Summary: Staff is amazing. I stay here everytime I am in Providence. They remember you when you come back. The free shuttle that takes you around town is an added bonus. I can't wait to go back !

Summary: We stayed for one night to attend a show at the theater just a couple of blocks down the street. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the complimentary breakfast was good and had lots of options. There was also a 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar, and they had fresh cookies available at check in. My only complaint is that the room darkening shades did not close all the way - they appeared to be more for decoration, whereas the sheer shades could open and close.
