Summary: Right in the heart of Alex Bay. We had unit one, it was very nice. Very pleased with how quite the street was and just a short walk to the central area of town. Pleased with the hosts and any questions we had were answered promptly. We asked for suggestions on things to see and were very forthcoming with ideas. Walking distance to the boat tours and shops. Even with the live music venue just a few doors down we did not have any issues. Will plan on staying again in the future.

Summary: Everything was perfect! The place was clean, welcoming, had everything you could need for a stay away from home. The host was so nice, friendly, and helpful if we had any questions. Location was great, close to food, shops, parks, and the property itself leads right to the water with a picnic table! We’re hoping to make a trip back to the area, and if we do, we’d stay here again!

Summary: Walked up to the beautiful porch and fell in love with the house before I even walked in the door. My host Pam was very nice and talked about how hard they worked on the property and it shows. Very bright and spacious and very clean. Id definitely book this again. Summary: The property is spacious. Large bedroom and living room, good size kitchen and the covered porch is quite large & is a nice place to sit outside. The shower stall is small but functional. On-site parking is good and they even have a dock for your boat. Nice back yard to the river and the dock. Five minutes walk to a variety of good restaurants and shops. Communication with Pam was excellent!

Summary: Location, location, location!!! It really is a 5 minute walk to everything! Home had everything that was needed for a long weekend. Lucked out and we were the only ones in the place! Would definitely recommend & return.

Summary: This was a wonderful place to stay for a long weekend in Alexandria Bay! The river is beautiful and this place is walking distance to boat tours, restaurants, shops, and more. The place was immaculate, nicely decorated, and Pam was an excellent host and communication was great! We would definitely stay here again! Recommend!
