Positive: Very nice place!

Negative: Access to hotel was disturbed due to road works. Signage is very poor. Even on the hotels parking there was no sign to the lobby. We had to try three doors in the rain before finding the right one. No USB charges in the room. No charger available at the reception.

Positive: The cleanliness . The evening receptionist.

Negative: The restaurant staff . Very unprofessional and rude . One particular staff . She was not only unfriendly but the way she talks to the guests are unprofessional and rude . The food that were supposed to be warm were cold and the restaurant staff showed no interest nor the will to do something about it , all 5 jam jars were totally empty , that particular younger staff said that if I want hot chocolate drink since they were out of it , that I should walk to the bar outside the restaurant, get it and pay for it extra and it’s how she said it with high tone . I A lot of us were complaining and she was very rude , talking at us not to us . She has no proper training on how to deal with guests and the elder one speaks no English at all . For 21 Euro , it was a very disappointing breakfast and an experience . I am a regular of Hilton . I always book Hilton even for our group events but the ONLY Hilton that I consider a bad experience is in Sittard , but this will NOT tarnish the good image of Hilton to me , I’ll still keep on booking at the Hilton but never again in Sittard and will not even recommend it to friends , family and clients .
