Summary: A great location close to the city centre and walking distance to the local parkrun that we came to town for. Maastricht is only 20mins away by car, so is an ideal location. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff very helpful.

Summary: Dear [Hotel Name / Manager], I am sorry to say that my recent experience at your hotel was not satisfactory. The directions provided to my wife on how to reach the hotel were insufficient, and due to the ongoing roadworks around the property, it was very difficult to find the correct access. In addition, the parking was not well signposted, the room was uncomfortably cold, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which made the stay less pleasant. Summary: The windows in the rooms are closed and can‘t be opened! Breakfast ok but too expensive for what is offered. The room was clean. Not enough possibilities to dry the towels.

Summary: This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was the best! They were friendly and helpful. It felt like coming home each night. If I ever make it back to the Netherlands, I will be staying here thank y’all so much!!! 10 stars easy!!!
