Summary: Extremely loud street noise so if you’re looking for quiet this isn’t the place for you. Also, mini fridge and WiFi didn’t work, toilet paper holder fell off the wall and there was no soap.

Summary: Front desk service was excellent. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Please consider listing height limitations of parking garage on your website. The lack of phone access in the rooms was frustrating, and we were hung up on when we tried to order room service Saturday evening.

Summary: Staff was great and friendly!! My room was warm and it took a long time to cool off. They should have 2 units, especially if you have a suite. The bedroom got cooler but it took forever for the suite room. Also, the valet man, rude as H. Thank goodness, the hotel staff made it better. But he left a negative impact on my stay.
