Positive: Good location and comfortable room. Was a bit noisy as the room door is like French doors with glass so not much sound proofing from other guests. Pool was nice but cold great for a cold plunge. Breakfast was just ok, not too much selection.

Positive: The employees were very helpful, friendly and polite. Everything we needed worked fine. The location is perfect. The facilities are pretty and old Spanish style makes you feel the historic athmospfere

Positive: The location is perfect, right in the historical center close to all the attractions, restaurants, bars, and more. The room was nice. The bed was big and the mattress comfortable. It was also very quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Negative: The pillows were very thin and hard, even if you used 2 or 3, they were just too uncomfortable. Not the kind of pillow you would expect at a hotel. The bathroom has only the washbasin, nothing else around it, so forget any comfort to do your makeup, hair, or anything like that, just a tiny washbasin. The breakfast was not very good, the butter tasted funny, there was not much variety and overall not the best. And, the water was from the faucet... if you wanted a tea, or if you drank water from one of the jugs, we asked and it was from the faucet, I haven't seen that in a hotel for a while... like... what? We went and got our own water at the supermarket of course. They say it's drinking water, I know... but still...

Summary: Not bad, but there are better hotels in Colonia for the same price and even cheaper.
