Positive: location a little far from sights but not touristy and lots of restaurants and coffee nearby. if you don't like walking this is not for you, but this will be a block from future extension of tram line (under construction). never saw the host, only the housekeeper. there are 8 total rooms across 2 floors and rarely saw other guests. 2 shared bathrooms per floor were clean and always available. there is no breakfast so not sure why this is called a B&B.

Negative: felt more like a short-term rental than a hotel. low vibe since property is split on two floors.

Positive: Comfortable quiet place to stay, about a 20min walk from central Florence. Shared facilities but felt private enough. Aircon was great in the summer heat. Close to the river and a great pizza spot.

Negative: Could have done with eating utensils for those wanting to eat from home - no bowls or plates provided

Positive: The room was absolutely beautiful with a lovely design and very clean. The location is perfect – everything is just a short walk away. The little terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy some time outside. We were pleasantly surprised to find games in the drawer, which was such a fun touch. The bathrooms were modern, spotless, and very nice. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Positive: 20 minute walking distance to the center in a relaxed, quiet area. Very spacious room for our luggages and comfortable bed. Responsive management through chat and generally clean shared bathroom

Negative: Although we’re aware there’s no elevator in the building, it’s a high flight of stairs on the 3rd floor. Challenging for those who cant pack light due to distance. Shared bathroom means you should wait your turn or deal with smell. We suggest to provide air freshener and replace soap dispensers

Positive: Cool location (fast to reach it by feet), a lot of public transport, shops. The guesthouse is clean, has everything you may wish. Terrace is a chefs kiss!

Negative: No sound isolation, very noisy. It’s impossible to get some uninterrupted sleep because you hear everything from the street and what’s going on behind the door — door slamming, coughs, sneezes and everything.
