Summary: Had a great time and great weather. Our great grandson enjoyed the lake and kept our dog busy with retrieving her water toys. Very quiet area, great for some much needed R&R. We will return next year!! Thank you to the Burns for sharing your little piece of heaven!

Summary: This cottage is so country, quiet and cozy. The homeowners are close by and very friendly. I stayed for bike week and when rain was abroad they even offered shelter for the bikes! House was very clean and feels like home.

Summary: I especially appreciated the location of the house on the lake which permitted easy launching of a 14 ft. sailboat and 2 kayaks into the lake from the property. Also, the property was located on one of the inlets to Winnipesaukee that had a smaller quiet section to the north, with conservation land on one side that was good for kayaking; and a larger section that connects with the main part of the lake, towards the south that was good for sailing.
