Summary: The views from the pool and the rooftop are beautiful, and the staff genuinely try their best to provide good service. That said, the property is in need of significant renovation, and at this price point, it doesn’t offer good value for money. The bedsheets and towels had visible stains, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned between guests, the shower had drainage issues, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable in the room. The food was also disappointing, so if you’re staying here, I’d recommend eating somewhere else.

Summary: 1) They didn't have our name at the reception on arrival - took some time to find us 2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room) 3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages 4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile 5) There is no manager working on a Sunday Family rooms 1) The floors are so slippy - we all fell over, adults and kids 2) They look much better in the photos Overal The main building is nice, including the pool but the above makes the place not a good stay

Summary: First let me say the views were excellent! The staff was kind and friendly but…there’s only so much they can do with a hotel that is in terrible shape. After reading recent poor reviews I requested in advance that my room, bedding and towels be in good condition and they were although the bedspread was in need of replacing. The way the shower and toilet area was constructed was awful! First of all it was not separate from the sleeping area. Most importantly, when one showered the water from the shower seeped into the toilet area and stayed in the corners and created a very wet environment. There was no comfortable chair in the room, the seating on the balcony was very worn. I could go on and on but basically the hotel is a construction nightmare and it has not been repaired/maintained. We left one night early as the room was not an enjoyable place to be.

Summary: The staff is amazing - helpful, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. The room is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. However, this is one of the loudest places in the world that I have stayed. The constant symphony of construction, insects, and traffic is enough to drive you mad.

Summary: This is an amazing property with incredible views and incredibly friendly staff. A must stay in my opinion if you stay around Kintamani.

Summary: My mom had a knee injury and wasn't able to walk without crutches or wheelchair. The staff went all above and beyond to accommodate her and ensure she was OK. They were able to get us the closest room to the parking lot and were exteemely helpful ensuring she got there safe. The view is stunning, the facilities are extraordinary, the food is also good. Cleannningnes is unmatched, it was worth its price. I would only encourage them to scrub more often the toilette/shower floor as it had a mild pee smell, and green mold is growing in that area. However it wasnt anything disturbing, and the place is AMAZING. Would totally stay there again and I truly reccommend it!

Summary: This is a lovely property with incredible views over the lake and Mount Batur. The communication form the staff on helping with transfers and the sunrise hike was excellent. Kadek and the team were all brilliant... Quirky design and all in all a really pleasant stay!
