Positive: The food was great, but the hotel is very old and its price does not justify it. The location of the hotel is amazing though, right next to the ski slopes. The hotel provides a ski pass, but asks for additional charge if you want to ski on your last day. The sound insulation around the rooms is next to nothing, you can hear the elevator sounds from anywhere. Considering the location of the hotel, some of these problems can be ignored.

Negative: The hotel is very old.

The ski slopes are perfectly maintained, offering an amazing experience for both beginners and experienced skiers. The location is unbeatable, with stunning mountain views and direct access to the best runs in the region. Whether you're here for skiing or just to soak in the winter wonderland, this resort has it all! A special mention goes to Stephan at the reception—he is truly one of the kindest and most helpful people we've ever met. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, assisting us with everything from check-in to local recommendations. He also His warm welcome and attentiveness made such a difference. The restaurant staff were equally fantastic. Umit Ozdic, our waiter, was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. And we can't forget Onder Kelßh, whose energy and enthusiasm brightened every meal! His cheerful service and positive vibe added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Negative: Very old rooms, toilets broken, and everywhere smells smoking cigarette and weed. The room is poorly cleaned, we found condoms and a lot of dirt under the bed.

Positive: The staff were super-friendly and helpful. The ski-room being in the hotel is both super-practical for renting equipment and the fact that the lift/piste is right outside the door is really really hard to beat. Also, there's 2 cafes for apres-ski which were really what you'd find in the Alps. If you're looking to come in and do some skiing straight away, this is the place for you.

Negative: The hotel was built in 1994 and it shows. There's barely any noticeable upkeep of the premises and there were plumbing issues with our toilets. Additionally, the built-in closets in the rooms have no light of their own or any light near them, which means you can't see anything when going into these. Basically, 2 classic issues of bygone days when planning/preparation took 2nd place. The spa is also badly designed and dated. Also, the apres-ski cafes were quite pricey.

Summary: Unbeatable location/services if you're looking to come and do no nonsense skiing.

Positive: Dinner was more than I expect. Too many options, all very delicious. Also the traditional shows during dinner were very enjoyable. Hotel being in the middle of the ski-slops is just perfect.

Positive: Staying here with my whole family was the best decision this winter season so far. The ski lift is next to the hotel. Staff is friendly, even when my children create a mess. BTW, there's a babysitting service. Breakfasts and dinners were awesome. Overall recommended for riders traveling with families.

Positive: Provided a shuttle to and from the airport. Check in process was smooth. Food was good, wide spread buffet, filling. Location was great. The ski slope was good. The ski instructor was great. The room was decent and comfortable. Decent facilities in the hotel. Swimming pool is alright. Had to buy a swimming cap in order to be able to swim. The staff in general are friendly.

Negative: I was informed that I had no ski pass despite the fact there was no mention of additional charges for ski pass via booking.com Mind you, I paid an exorbitant amount for my stay so to say I was flabbergasted that I had to also buy a ski pass was an understatement. The total price paid for my stay didn't meet the expectations.
