Positive: The location to the Ski lift is just over 100 meters an easy walk even in Ski Boots. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional and the staff super helpful and friendly. Loved ending a long day Skiing in the Sauna.
Negative: Would have like a place to hang up wet Ski gear. Struggled a little with communication but when I sent it in Turkish all was good. Thanks Google Translate.

Positive: Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Chef Emrah was especially helpful and spoke good English which made everything from ski hire to special requests much smoother. Staff went above and beyond to help, offering rides to/from the hotel to the ski lifts (which is usually just a 2 minute walk), took on suggestions for breakfast/dinner options, and accommodated late checkout. Staying at Balsoy was like staying at a second home, highly recommend.
Negative: Ski hiring was expensive and staff there were a bit difficult to deal with. There is not much to do apres ski and it would have been nice if the hotel did events or parties to entertain guests more often.
Summary: Excellent hospitality
