Positive: The best thing about this hotel is the reception staff. They were extremely helpful and solved absolutely all my issues. They really went above and beyond, and I am very grateful to them. Thank you Batuhan and Emre! The location is also convenient, close to the bus stop to Palandoken ski resort.

Negative: The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear neighbors talking and doors slamming, so earplugs are highly recommended. The internet in the room worked very poorly and was unstable, which is inconvenient for work. Breakfast was not tasty. In winter, the room temperature can sometimes feel cold.

Summary: Great staff and helpful service, but some comfort issues, especially noise and internet.

Positive: OK hotel for the price, Clean but very small rooms. Not even a chair in the room. Good heating! Erzurum in winter is very cold. Breakfast very simple and basic. We were there for ski-holiday and for that purpose it was OK.

Negative: Very small room, no chair. Very basic and small bathroom.
