Beautifully decorated (Tommy Bahama style), gated, condo in Falling Waters off Davis Blvd. Luxurious, fully renovated, newly painted, 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceilings. The unit is very close to the pool and clubhouse, just a 3 minute walk! The saltwater pool is one of the largest and most beautiful in Southwest Florida, a tropical resort style paradise, The condo overlooks the lake and pool from Lanai (balcony). Decor includes a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room and a relaxing, reading area. The MBR has a king size bed, second TV and an ensuite bathroom with a new ceramic tiled walk-in shower and large walk in closet. There are sliding doors from the MBR onto the lanai with a view of palm trees and the lake. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, cutely decorated. The second bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a full laundry room with new washer and dryer. The dining room set is modern southern style. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances including a large fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garburator, utensils, dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker (drip & Keurig), toaster, Ninja blender and electric kettle. There is a carport to park your car in front of the condo. The condo is fully air conditioned and equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella and tennis rackets for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a library and many social activities (ie: fitness classes, community dinners, card nights, etc.) which are ongoing throughout the year. Summary: Thank you Neil for sharing your well appointed unit with us. Everything (appliances and beach gear) was functional and in good working condition. The beds were comfortable and the Cleanliness level of this unit was impressive - We highly recommend this unit. Also, the grounds were well maintained and pool area is exceptional with lush vegetation, new pool furniture and available cabanas. The owner was easy to deal with and accommodating. Summary: First of all, our host was excellent and replied to all questions we had. The second floor condo was easy to get into after arriving late ( 10:30 pm). The place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Kitchen had every thing we needed and there was sports equipment available as well. Our view out of the back was of a large lake with fountain. We could see pool and walk to pool was not bad. Pool was amazing; like you were at a resort. Everyone we met were very friendly and we had no negative experiences! Overall, great stay at Falling Waters!

Summary: Neil’s Condo was just perfect for us. It was very clean and easy to maintain for our month stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved that we had a starter paper towel, tissues, soft soap and other cleaning supplies to get started. King bed was very comfortable. Used electric grill a few times but electrical outlet outside went on and off for some reason. Thank you again Neil

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Everything we needed was there. We had a beautiful view of the pond with a fountain. The room sizes were great. The neighborhood was pretty and well maintained.

Summary: Neil was excellent to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo well equipped large living space ,comfy sofas and super comfy bed .Everything you would need for a day at the beach- beach chairs, coolers, sun Shade and plenty of towels Would stay again
