Ritzy Rabbit is a Large 5 Bedroom Home, great for large groups. Ask about last minute specials. Five and a half blocks from the Beach. It boasts a beautiful Master Suite on the main floor, and has a romantic flair with a coastal theme. There is a King bed, Crib and Pack and Play, walk-in closet with safe, large bath with shower and over-sized tub. Glass doors open to the walled courtyard, pool, and spa. (Natural Gas Heat). A night swim or a soak in the spa gives you the "ahh, I am finally on vacation" feeling. Across the courtyard in our cabana are private guest quarters, great for grandparents or office space. The cabana has a Queen Bed, a kitchenette, full bath, and a private entry. Upstairs are 3 guest bedrooms. There is a queen bed and twin bed in the first room. The second room has 2 twins and a half bath. The 3rd room has 2 twin beds. There is a full bath with shower in the hall. As the owners, we manage our own homes, and are happy to answer any questions and address any needs while you are in Naples. Feel free to ask us for information about restaurants, boat rentals, fishing opportunities, golf courses, kids activities. We are happy to tell you about our favorite places to dine, shop and play in Naples. We strive to provide an excellent vacation experience for all our guests. Our guests in Ritzy Rabbit enjoy the enclosed heated in-ground pool and spa. Beach access is at Delnor-Wiggins State Park, minutes from our home. The villa is conveniently located just five and a half blocks from the beach and not far from the "NEW Uptown", Mercato. It is the newest HOT SPOT in Naples with dining, shops, Bars, Movies, and nightlife. It features a Whole Foods Market. Ritzy Rabbit is not far from golf courses, tennis courts, library, movie theaters, nature preserves, the zoo and Play grounds. It is only a short walk to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, or grab a bike and be there in just a few minutes, (we provide a Florida State Park Pass for free entry and parking at any State Park). Lovers Key State Park is about 20 minutes N. There you will find parking, restrooms, a gift shop, and a tram to the beach. Dining on the Beach at the Ritz Carlton is a treat you won't want to miss. For an "Old Florida Flair" Try the Lighthouse and sit on the Bay.
The kitchen at Ritzy Rabbit has all you will need for casual meals or a turkey feast at Thanksgiving or Christmas, There are stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Summary: House is well equipped and very comfortable. True to the description in the listing. The street is somewhat busy but noise is not an issue. Convenient to stores and the beach.Pool and hot tub are heated.

Summary: Our family had a blast at the Ritzy Rabbit. The pool was a great escape from the heat and they had a lot of different items in the garage to help us stay occupied. It was a nice walk to the beach. At night, the traffic was a little loud since it is on a busy road. Overall, my family had a wonderful time!

Summary: We came for vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. The house was great for families with children we had two just over one year olds a 5 and a 7. The pool security fence was great so we could enjoy outdoor time with the littles without fear of them going in the pool when it wasn't pool time. The set up of the house was great as well since we (Grandma and Grandpa had the cabana room to ourselves while the families had the main house. Everything we needed was there and we loved being in walking distance to the beach with only one cross of the heavier trafficked road. Also close to shopping and restaurants and not far from the interstate. It was a great week.

Summary: Comfortable home, well appointed with lots of extras and a responsive owner. (Be aware - our beach access and parking was limited because the state had temporarily closed Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park -not the owner’s fault, of course.

Summary: Owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. Even though there was construction on the road, the location was close enough to the beach for walking and driving. Many restaurants and shopping nearby as well. Our grandchildren, ages 3 and 11 months, enjoyed the pool and beach. The home was perfect for our adult children and the little ones. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone.
