Positive: Great location - easy to walk to local restaurants. Taxi's ( GRAB) very affordable and easy to obtain.

Negative: 1. Constant music around the pool area that affects beach area - music did not reflect the clientele staying ( DJ could have read the room better) 2. Inasmuch non breakable glasses were used for drinks around pool and beach area - glasses have been through the dishwasher one too many times - new glasses needed as the glasses looked dirty. However bottle beer and on 2 occasions late evening we witnessed that bottles of spirits were available in and around pool/beach area that could easily been smashed and broken causing harm. 3. Overall cleanliness was poor - dust balls under the bed that clearly has not been cleaned for a while - refresh of paint around windows in room, a thorough clean of bathroom - constant sewage smell that only once I asked to speak to a manager did humidifiers and incense burners get provided. I noted on Trip Advisor I was not the only resident to complain of sewage smells.Beach area near restaurant could be raked and clear of rubbish daily - the accumulation of dirt and rubbish was unacceptable. Pool needs better cleaning 4. The Hotel overall misses huge opportunities to make money - no table service - no follow up for drinks - restaurant has no ambience - no information of events - for example a fire show was put on for Saturday evening and no where is this advertised - so my friend and I went out wherein we could have stayed and spent money at resort! 5. No sign of management present - unless you saw them at breakfast - sitting at their booth - having breakfast!! no customer interaction - Freis ( Restaurant Manager) would walk around with sunglasses on his forehead - no smiles - sit at the restaurant bar area on his phone You tubing/Video watching - it became laughable!! 6. Breakfast Coffee service ridiculous - one person on a machine that clearly did not know how to make coffee - we became very prescriptive as to how we wanted our coffee made.

Summary: Unique Hotel resort - Allice in Wonderland themed but we were left wondering of competencies!

Positive: Nice, clean rooms, even though they had seen better days. Wide selection of breakfast options. Swimming pool, which the children appreciated. Good beach for sports activities

Negative: Disappointment with the à la carte meals. Unfortunately, there was a problem with jellyfish in the sea, so only the pool was available.

Negative: The techno music was too loud in the evening & finished far too late. Especially as it was a family hotel. DJ Dash needs to change his selection in music and finish earlier. He was the only one enjoying it. Breakfast could have been better.

Positive: The property is amazing, the pool and beach access is great. The location is also great to visit Langkawi.

Negative: The service is very slow, the food in the hotel was not good, the rooms were not clean (toilet had stains on it)

Negative: This is foreigners’ preferred hotel. For locals (with the kids) maybe we have to bear with the music loud especially at night. Too loud and a little bit uncomfortable. But yes, they served the majority ☺️
