Positive: Everything was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The sunset view was adorable. My room was super comfortable and very near to the beach, which I loved. The environment was very calm and relaxing. I also liked that they use a smart TV, so we could open YouTube or Netflix while relaxing. We were never bored.

Negative: The breakfast could be improved, as the menu was the same every day and there were not many options.

Summary: Everything was great. We will definitely come again in the future.

Positive: The pool was extremely long and wasn't crowded. It was quite possibly the best hotel pool I've swum in. I was in a junior suite right above the beach. The view was fantastic. There was also plenty of space inside the room. It was good that there were quiet hours at this hotel unlike at Dash down the beach.

Negative: The equipment at the gym was not very modern. The afternoon sun and lack of air-conditioning in the gym made for some sweaty conditions before the workout began. The walls between rooms were pretty thin, so I could hear the noise from the room next door during the night.

Positive: The restaurant itself was not very good except for breakfast. The pool was sensational . Our beach room big and clean and bright.

Negative: The reception staff is a bit slow and in and out could be better organized. There are no activities like music, games to bring pepple together.

Summary: Very restful and physically active stay. We swam a lot.

Positive: Friendly staffs right from frontdesk ,housekeeping,maintenance & restaurant.Fast in response,particularly on our last night stay.Aircon for our room spoilt, front desk staff immediately send maintenance staff to look into it.Once confirm aircon cannot be repaired, we were given to transfer to a similar room type immediately.Would return back to Camar Resort in the future & also recommend to family & friends on this excellent resort.

Positive: The beach is fantastic, the pool is great and big

Negative: The room we got is absolutely too small. We booked a Deluxe King, Pool View, we got a small standard room, when we complained at the reception they told us that we got what we booked. On the Internet, the room we booked looks much bigger, in reality the bed is half a meter from the balcony door, everything is very cramped. The hotel was almost empty, there were no guests and I think they could have given us a better room, given that the room we got did not match the pictures on the Booking.com page. Breakfast is the same every day, a very small selection. Very poor for 4 *. The restaurant and housekeeping staff are friendly. Otherwise, the environment of the resort is neat, but everything outside the resort is very untidy, unmown, the access to the resort itself is very poor and run-down, in the town itself, most of the small restaurants and shops are closed and those places look very run-down and untidy. There are almost no facilities for tourists in the place itself, and to find it you have to either walk for 30 minutes or take a taxi to Pantai Chenang.
