Positive: The room was nice, spacious and clean. The location is quite good and at walking distance to the old town.

Negative: All the noise from outside of the room could be heard. The staff were just not there to attend to guests. We had to buzz so many time until a guest opened the door for us at check in. The next morning, all the guests were woken up by loud banging on the main door and one had to wake up and open the door. We noticed it was the woman who was supposed to make breakfast for us. All the guests were basically left there and we had to open the door for others. There were no staff present. It was ridiculous. Breakfast is also very basic and just cold. There’s not even an omelette. Just hard boiled eggs.

Positive: They’ve been really responsive especially considering that our airplane has been delayed and we arrived at 1:00am. The place is so clean and beautiful. Location is perfect to enjoy Tunis. I definitely recommend.
