Positive: Fantastic value for money in a great area. Comfortably fitted 2x adults 2x children. Great kitchen and living area with gas & reverse cycle heating keeping the entire place warm. A lot of essentials provided, along with extra linen, kids beach toys etc. A fantastic choice for those visiting to Perth. The host, Jamie was also really easy to communicate with.

Negative: All the mattresses are in really poor condition. They sag, springs push into you and provide absolutely no support. They desperately need replacing. Also note, the washing machine only washes cold.

Positive: Very homely and nice decor especially kids' room and overall very clean and in a peaceful environment and value for money. The cable TV was a bonus as there were a lot of shows and the living room was big - great for games with family. The kitchen was functional and well-equipped and a washer with a large sized drying rack was available and very useful. The location was peaceful and quiet near Mullaloo beach which is not crowded at all and yet near Westfield Whitfords mall and even nearer to IGA and BP petrol station which was very convenient. Parking space was right in front of the property which was great. Owner Jamie was friendly and helpful when there were some issues with the cable TV and prompt in replies.

Negative: The toilet was en suite to the master bedroom which was a bit inconvenient and the toilet flush was a bit weak. The rooms were good sized but a bit too bright with the blinds especially with the early sunrise in November. The beds were a bit too soft and bouncy. The entrance was a bit dark at night. Some minor modifications like blackout curtains, firmer beds and entrance lights would make the place perfect!

Negative: The only improvement/suggestion I could offer is a better quality/new mattress in the main room, the only downside to our stay is our backs became a little sore after a week of sleeping on it, nothing major though!!!

Negative: Bathroom needs up dating,photos showed you could use the patio area but this was not the case, showed front of house, but we were down the side, access was down the side of property and needs weeding. We were in an annex on the side, but over all it suited our purpose.
