Positive: The lake view was lovely, set up was serene.
Negative: Room service menu was incorrect, burger had pickles not stated then the restaurant wouldn’t answer for it to be fixed. As someone who has food allergies these things need to be stated. There was also an event being held with a loud dj, all we heard was bass all night, for the price of the room I expected a peaceful sleep and assumed a warning would’ve been given for preparation of other guests.

Negative: Sorry but a $300 room deposit that takes 2 weeks to process to get it back! You’re joking yourself. The deposit was nearly the same as the cost of the room. Refund the deposit when people check out!
