Positive: The unit we had was big enough for a family of four or five. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and everything that we needed was provided for. It's about 10 minutes on foot from the town plaza. The town, Santa Barbara, is located close to the airport as well.

Negative: Nothing, really.

Positive: Place was clean, cozy, prepared when we arrived.. the person in charged even followed up with us because we were running late. Free water.. toiletries and the beddings were all clean. This is a good place to stay for those on transient especially its near iloilo airport. Worth it for its price.

Negative: The place is somehow difficlut to reach and a few meters of rough road.. no problem if you have a car.. hopefully a bigger signage in the street corner.
