Positive: This rating is for our first short term stay. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and quiet. We even decided to stay long term for a better price.

Negative: For short term nothing was bad., but........ It was an inaccurate description about the exact facilities and furnishing for the long term condos, because they are totally different. The only difference we were told is: There is no washing machine. But in fact it is only semi furnished, no kitchen only a sink, no bed clothes. If you walk in at night with only your suitcase you have a hard time. So you need to buy everything your own, even table and chairs and appliances if you want to live there, what we finally did!

Positive: Cute and cozy room complete with ref microwave and water kettle. Sealed room thus soundproof caviat is their wifi cannot be accessed. They even bought a new pocketwifi for us to use but to no avail. Surprisingly my globe and smart were both working.

Positive: The attendants are really warm and accommodating. The place is just conducive if you want an area with less noise. Plus point is the laundry shop just within the hometel. The location is just near a terminal, so it's accessible to public transportation.
