Positive: We stayed here for one night as a stopover and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was perfect. Everything was clean and very spacious with comfortable beds. There's also an open plan kitchen and kitchen area and Aircon.

Positive: The staff is friendly and accommodating. It’s just a walking distance to van terminal going to Isla de Gigantes. Walking distance to citymall too for groceries. Walking distance to hospital also. Accessible to everything
Negative: I just don’t like the smell in the bathroom the air conditioning was difficult to control.

Positive: The place itself which is very convenient near to the groceries , bus stations and other public transport utilities. Also there is a laundromat available which is very handy. The accommodation is newly renovated and beds were comfortable, very clean and facilities are very good. The road are under construction but then again the place is not that far in the main road. Zyrel the manager and Jade the helper are very helpful and very welcoming. Always able to sort out things very efficiently. Will definitely coming back!
Negative: Not didn’t like but probably there is a room for improvement as the windows are not double glazed nor soundproof so the barking of the dogs in the very early morning is quite noisy and interfere the sleeps.
Summary: Highly Recommended!!! Great to stay in either short or long stay.w

Positive: The place was very nice for its price. The host is very accommodating and helpful. In overall i still give a 5 star rating.
Negative: The toilet bowl and the cover which was not properly installed and the rough road which is not yet cemented.
