Positive: 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Perfect for 4 couples. Location to Rialto bridge, St Marks Square, water taxi was very convenient. Property was well maintained and very nicely decorated.

Negative: No elevator. But only an issue if you have over large bags at check in and out. Second floor so no real problem.

Positive: Large, well furnished, well located and the best part for a large group five baths to four rooms!! Amazing loft and a sit out area which is very quiet.

Negative: Lack of a lift means that if you have large suitcases it can be a bit of an effort.
