Summary: Very very nice place to stay, food was not up to the standard of the overall place but even though, I dont think we ever stayed st a place where we felt so welcome and where the staff are so friendly and supportive, I will definitely support them again

Summary: The spa is amazing, the therapist i had was one of the best, and I have been to many spas. Very relaxing and peaceful environment, and our lunch was tasty. The staff were exceptional. We stayed over at the lodge but unfortunately there was a wedding on that evening. I realize it is not the lodges fault for loud rowdy wedding guests so i would suggest you check with them first to see if there is a wedding on, because if relaxing and peaceful is what you are looking for, you wont have it with a wedding on the go. We were incredibly disappointed as it was our anniversary, but the lodge were very professional and apologetic and gave us a voucher to return for another evening and half day spa, which we really do appreciate, shows they do care about their clients. The rooms are small but are lovely and clean and all you need for a weekend away. They have a lovely pool area and beautiful gardens. Great value for price, but highlight is definitely their spa treatments.

Summary: We were very happy with everything overall but the dinner service took longer than expected. The room was pleasant but very poorly lit. The heated pool wasn't heated when we went for a swim but I presume that's because of the relatively late time we decided to swim. Upon checking out, our bill for dinner, drinks and the jacuzzi was incorrect but soon corrected. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would book with them again.
