Positive: Stunning quiet location in front of a waterhole. Saw many animals during my stay. Tent very spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was a super nice feature. The massage (addition fee) was a real treat and the massage therapist very good at her job.
Negative: Food menu was decent enough although not too many options.

Negative: The shower does not have hot water, I spent 2 days without hot water. The hot tub is very hot I couldn’t not even get it because it was extremely hot for usage

Positive: We stayed in The Residence. It is a Nice place to stay with the family.
Negative: It was sold as a house with a fully equipped kitchen, so we planned our catering accordingly. But there was no oven or even a microwave. Even an airfryer would have been nice. It was freezing, but there were no heaters or anything in the bedrooms. For the price you pay, you would have thought you’d get some kind of heating for the rooms

Positive: Had a great time at the glamping, peaceful surroundings with wild life passing by throughout the day which was so refreshing. Very responsive via the WhatsApp chat box.
Negative: Tent 1 doesn’t have much privacy though, because it’s by the road and the other guests cars keep passing by. The heat in the hot tub can’t be controlled, it gets too hot. We had to pay for its use, and we were not informed prior which we didn’t take too well because we didn’t even spend much time in it because of the heating problem. The shower can’t be controlled, it’s either too cold or too hot which was unpleasant given that it was so cold.

Positive: Breakfast was stunning first day. Wasn't too much of a fan of the buffet on the 2nd day.
Negative: The shower mixer wasn't always working properly. Water either too hot or too cold.
Summary: It was amazingly beautiful and staff so attentive and caring. We really loved our stay.
