Positive: The location and the vibe is absolutely amazing. Relaxing and tranqual, place to rest your soul. Breakfast was good.

Negative: The amount of flies are extreme. You cant sleep in the afternoon, because the flies are too much. Bug spray is given by the team - but this is not adequate. The shower head does not spray at a high pressure, the head should rather be changed to a smaller head.

Positive: People working there were so nice and understanding, from kitchen staff to the Gardner outside, the view of the place was amazing..

Negative: We were told not to lock our room, when we ask about the key so when we sleep , we push the couch to block the door. The WiFi was too bad plus the network was not the at all by our rooms

Summary: They were few nice thing and few bad things but the money that we paid was too much from what we received from the lodge

Positive: The staff is friendly, naturally beautiful. The chalet was even more beautiful in person. Great value for money.
