Summary: This was an experience not to be missed. Our hosts, Anna and Ian made us welcome in their home and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The breakfast was as good as we would ever expect. The room was perfect and we had the luxury of their lounge and garden to use. A very professional pair and they are very good at what they do and provide. 11 out oof 10 on all counts. Superb.

Summary: We had just a short stay at this eclectic B&B and were made very welcomed by the hosts. The Garden Room we stayed in was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was great, with many homemade products, and lovely chats with Iain and Anna. Will stay there again if and when we revisit Lincoln.

Summary: We booked the Victorian room for Saturday night stay at short notice just a short time before we arrived. We was immediately sent a welcoming text message with details of where to park and when our earliest check in would be The Host, Iain greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was very clean, comfortable and fresh. There was plenty of refreshments and snacks available for our stay. We parked on the street nearby and it was a 20 minute walk in to the City. In the morning we were greeted by our hosts, Iain & Ann. There was a large selection breakfast items on offer which was more than ample for us. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend the guest house to friends and family. Iain & Ann are a lovely, friendly couple who provide a first class service.
