Summary: Such a comfortable, adorable home full of history, character and extra little touches to make our stay perfect! We loved being able to bike and walk anywhere! Great location to watch to sunsets a few streets away at Windansea beach! The beds were comfortable and my husband especially Loved having “his own” private bathroom!

Summary: House is beautifully decorated and very well supplied. Adequate linens blankets toiletries and kitchen supplies. Easy walk to the beach. There is NO air conditioning. There is an air cooler which is in no way the same. There is no beach view. The house is a bit musty if the windows remain closed. Cameras around exterior, One directed at backyard and the hot tub. Washer / dryer isn’t great.

Summary: Great prioerty and stay! We appreciated all the extras like the beach equipment. Everything was well detailed with directions ti make it simple Excellent location in cute neighborhood One small thing it was not clear to me that 2nd bath required a trip outside. But it was so well done we didnt mind. Id thike the too listing woujd mention it Iversll a great stay wed stay there again

Summary: This property was even better than we expected. It is super cute, cozy and comfortable. Angie has done an amazing job remodeling and updating everything, while maintaining all the vintage architectural details. The location was perfect - close enough to everything (the beach is just a short 5-7 minute walk away), but very quiet and relaxing. Angie was a thoughtful and very communicative host. We will definitely look for every opportunity to stay here again.

Summary: My friends and I had a little "SDSU reunion" at Rosemont by the Sea. We are 50+ and have been friends since college. Rosemont by the Sea was the PERFECT place to meet up, relax, unwind, and catch up with each other. The place is quiet, comfortable, cozy, and lovely inside and out, and perfect for our group of 4. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. The house is about 3 blocks from the beach, so on our first evening, we wandered down to the ocean, took pictures, and enjoyed a beautiful sunset, then walked down to Isola's in the Village for Happy Hour. We spent the next day shopping in the Village. That night we had a drink at the Whaling Bar in the Valencia Hotel, then a beautiful dinner on the deck at Eddie V's, and then a jacuzzi when we got back home. What a wonderful night! There were some great little additions that were unexpected: There was a "House Book" that had tips on where to go and what to do while in La Jolla, so that made some of our decisions on what to do while there, easy. There were cute makeup face wash cloths provided, shower bombs, and cute monogrammed towels for our use. The owner thought of everything! We enjoyed our stay so much! If you're looking for a girls getaway or a romantic stay in a beautiful seaside town, Rosemont by the Sea is for you!
