Summary: We loved this thoughtfully-remodeled house, and appreciated the indoor and outdoor spaces. It was clean, and beds comfortable, and had nice Creuset cookware for those who have time to cook on vacation. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe, and walking distance to Windansea beach (where we mostly climbed the rocks due to winter weather and king tides).I recommend Wayfarer Bakery down the road in Bird Rock for morning pastries! We would stay again if available next time we’re in town.

Summary: Just home from 5 nights at this beautiful home and it was everything we imagined. The place was equipped with top-notch equipment from everything to the kitchen appliances to the beds (so comfy!) and was exactly as shown in the photos. Every morning we'd take a 10min stroll with our 3-year-old through the quiet neighbourhood to the south end of Windansea Beach. The village of La Jolla was a short drive away (you could easily walk if you didn't have a slow toddler in tow), which had everything we needed, from great coffee shops to grocery stores and restaurants. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place in La Jolla that feels like home.
