Positive: The apartment just felt so cozy, like a nice relaxing oasis away from the craziness of London. When you step outside the door of this very central apartment it's like going straight into times square, but inside the apartment you don't notice the noisiness.

Negative: I think a better explanation of the various amenities like the washer/dryer, coffee machine, etc. would help. I had my clothes stuck in the washer/dryer a whole day because I couldn't figure out how to open the door. Bought the wrong size Nespresso pods initially (pro-tip, there's a Nespresso store a couple blocks away from the apartment. More expensive than Tesco but they will make sure you get the right size). A nice instructional booklet on the appliances around the apartment would help.
