Positive: The location is perfect. Right in the heart of Chinatown, with Leicester Square station right outside. The owners communication was fantastic, and the PDF manual made being received beforehand made directions and instructions really clear. The apartment was equipped with fans in each room, and lots of facilities including Smart TV’s, a PlayStation and washing machine.

Negative: Nothing! Other reviews pointed out the street noise and honestly it’s not that bad, and you have to expect a little bit being right in the heart of London.

Positive: The location was as advertised - on the edge of bustling Chinatown, opposite Leicester Square tube entrance and perfect for so many areas. The facilities were well stocked with crisp bedding, clean towels and a kitchen with plenty tea, coffee, washing tabs etc. Plenty utensils to cook if you wanted to. Coffee machine with pods in abundance, washer/dryer is handy for travellers, huge fridge and freezer. There's no aircon however there are remote controlled fans.

Negative: The location makes this to be expected but, the front ensuite room is very noisy from London life. We expected it so it was fine. The second room is quiet but a bit stuffy because if you open the window you have the smell of Chinese cooking below (again to be expected). There is a fan however. Both these comments are just that, comments. Not a complaint. I have suggested hooks on the bedroom doors to hang coats and hooks on the bathroom doors to hang the towels. Just feedback as we all managed to enjoy the facilities.

Summary: Great location and facilities - can be noisey like anywhere in Central London. Recommended.

Positive: Fantastic Location, close to everything. Nice apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Negative: The windows art front of apartment were not double glazed so street noise came into the apartment. We still had a wonderful stay.

Positive: The apartment was very clean, there are two double bedrooms downstairs, the ensuite one is a good size. Upstairs is a small kitchen, with everything you would need, and a generous living area with a comfortable sofa bed. Communication with the host was good, and it was easy to collect the keys from a shop two minutes away. The location was perfect - we were able to walk by foot to many of the main shopping areas, theatres, and museums, and there were convenient Tube stops close by if needed also. The apartment was very warm with heaters that heated up very quickly.

Negative: The rooms to the front (ensuite bedroom and living room) were very noisy as it is a busy area and the windows are old and single glazed.

Summary: Great value for a group, unbeatable location

Positive: The location was perfect. It was close to most famous streets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean and kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t use it.

Negative: The apartment was on 2nd floor with no elevator and the staircase was too narrow, so it was hard to move up our luggage easily especially the large ones. Also although the location of the apartment was perfect, the street noise was very loud in the main bedroom all the time so we couldn’t have proper sleep at night.

Negative: The apartment was hard to find as it’s just a door between two shops in China town. The steps to the top floor are very narrow so is difficult for luggage or small children. The water pressure is very low in the property.
