Spacious basement suite with lots of room for relaxing. Large open concept apartment. King sized purple brand mattress and a queen sized gel mattress on a pullout couch. Large kitchen With walk in pantry. Smart TVs located in living room and bedroom. Big jetted tub. Beautiful large backyard with outdoor seating. Gazebo, Firepit and Bbq grills. Located at the foot of Hobble Creek canyon and close to a beautiful reservoir. Close to several parks and bike trails and frisbee golf course. Just minutes to the world renowned golf course. 20 min. to Provo and 45 min. To Park City and Heber Valley. You will have plenty of space to relax and rest. Paddle boards are available for use at the reservoir. No pets.No smoking or vaping on the property. This is a basement mother in law type apartment located in a quite family neighborhood. There are horses and dogs,cats and ducks that live on the property. We the owners do live upstairs with older children.

Summary: Could not get to the back yard. The owner dogs were there all the time. And there was no mention about the stairs going to the basement, Being elderly 76 years of age.

Summary: My husband and I wanted a little vacation/honeymoon that wasn’t too far from home but private with amenities we wanted. This place was perfect for us! It was very clean, super cozy, the jacuzzi tub was so nice! The dogs were yappy but they were kept behind a fence and one even let me pet it! I definitely recommend for a cheap, and private place to stay in Springville!

Summary: I would live here if I could. Such a nice place. The accommodations are way comfortable with plenty of space and everything you’d need. Met the host and she was very kind. The dogs are little, friendly and not scary at all. I want to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the back yard more.
