Summary: The pictures are accurate. It is a peaceful, calm place. The basement has light from the windows as shown. The bedding and furniture are all accurate and provide a welcoming and comfortable setting for short or long turn stays! You can hear small children at times but the host is very upfront about this and it didn't bother me at all.Additionally, the hosts are friendly and helpful, prompt with questions, cookies, offers to assist in transportation. It couldn't be better! The location is near a beautiful walking park that connects to the Orem Rec Center where you can swim, exercise, even get childcare if you need it. There is a busline on the other side of the rec center that can take you to the front runner, give you access to BYU or Utah Valley College. Target is a 15-20 minute walk away. A car would be handy but I still was able to make it work with walking and public transportation.
