Positive: It was so comfortable in the caravan. Everything needed for a home-away from home stay, was provided. The location was ideal and the site was nice and quiet. I was easily able to walk to all amenities and the seafront promenade.

Summary: It was my first solo holiday, staying in a caravan and I would definitely repeat the experience.

Positive: Great location just 10 minutes outside the town centre on a hill overlooking the rest of the caravan park and Aberystwyth, in a very quiet location., the caravan was nice and clean with everything we needed for our stay, cant fault anything 😄

Negative: Parking even with a small car not easy to negotiate, suggest going to end of road and turning before backing in.Felt cost of £45 pound for linen to be supplied excessive, bring your own.

Positive: The caravan was clean and had most things needed for a good stay.

Negative: The situation of being charged an extra £50 on top of the holiday price for bedding and towels plus tea towels was not appreciated. Its no longer the 1970s! We have stayed at various caravans on this site previously and never had to pay for bed linen and towels. We brought our own to this caravan due to the extra cost. On arrival as it was early autumn we did not think we would have to be responsible for going outside to turn the gas bottles on for the boiler to work. Also the boiler had to be lit by us and was so old fashioned you either could cook OR have hot water on but not both at the same time. This was awkward in the mornings for breakfast and showers. The TV, fridge switches etc all had to be found by us...these should be on at arrival time. The caravan is a very small, cramped 2 bedroom one. It had the worse layout I have ever seen with an uncomfortable small sitting area, oversize triangular dining table and cornered walls that were tight to pass for the bathroom, bedrooms and main door. If a couple came with 2 children in bad weather it would be an horrendous stay. We found it tight and cramped with 2 adults. The caravan is on one of the highest levels up the hill..good for views but a hard walk up and down. The track the caravan is based on is very narrow and not suitable for larger cars. We have a small SUV and the car parking space was tiny and reversing out onto the narrow track which had a sheer drop to the caravan level below us was very difficult to navigate. The owner provided a clean basic caravan but we would not stay again due to the above issues.

Negative: Club on site was closed and no shop was open went into reception told it was because time of year was only 7th October informed caravan owner could not apologise enough and stated would get in touch with the site and find out and put it on her listing's
