Positive: The accommodation was superb. Beautiful views of the sea and the towns sea front. Pen Dinas topped by Wellington Monument was directly across from our window. Grazing Sheep and Cattle in the fields leading to the sea provided us with hours of relaxing pleasure.

Negative: There really wasn't anything. My only comment would be that the place is slightly undersold - it was far better than we expected.

Summary: We had a fantastic holiday in our apartment, one of the best we've ever had in the UK.

Positive: Great location for a quiet relaxing environment. Plenty of coastal walks and easy access to Aberystwyth 40 minute walk. Local residents welcoming and Heather who handed over keys was excellent. Would definitely stay again

Negative: No welcome pack for luxury apartment we thought it was because we had booked via booking.com and not cottages.com same price on both websites

Positive: The location of this property was excellent ( for us) So quiet although with windows open the sound of the sea and the neighbouring cows were a delight . We loved the large sash windows that allowed the breeze to flow through the flat it also gave a fantastic views of the sea. We had fantastic entertainment from the swallows who occasionally would fly in and out of the flat. Walking into the town took about 20-30 mins.

Negative: A welcome pack would have been appreciated but not end of the world . A fan for the bedroom would also have been a nice edition. The shower cubicle is a little small. For my wife no problem for me ( average build) had to be careful.

Summary: A fantastic flat in a beautiful location . Would love to return
