It's always been a family home which has recently been fully renovated and modernised throughout.
It is ideally situated close to the Ceredigion coastal path and local beaches as well as beautiful inland countryside for rural pursuits and sightseeing.
The coastal towns of Aberaeron and New Quay are within a 12\15 mile radius and there is a good local bus service along the coastal route.
The space
The property has off road parking for 2 cars and access to a small children's playground from the back garden.
The bedrooms have a king bed, double bed as well as a twin room. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. At the rear of the property is a patio area with outside table and chairs.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower over bath another downstairs with walk in shower.

Summary: Enjoyed a lovely stay in this well equipped house in very peaceful surroundings. Everything we might need was available. Easy check in process and host attentive and available. Great base for exploring mid Wales. Had a great holiday and hope to return again one day.

Summary: This place was comfortable, clean and well-supplied. The kitchen had everything needed for making meals (which we sometimes chose to do), and there were many other extras like shampoo. Lots of fluffy towels and a fan in each room (great during hot weather or if you just like one when you sleep). The yard was well taken care of, too. Ken & Jan are lovely people and communication was easy and quick with them. They also left us some goodies on our arrival-so thoughtful!

Summary: The property exceeded my expectations. It is larger than it appears on the pictures, and is very well decorated and equipped. There are books, toys, high chairs etc for kids. Having a second bathroom downstairs was very helpful, particular as the shower was easy to use for my mother in law who is awaiting a knee replacement. It is a short drive to the shops and beaches of Aberystwyth. Would recommend!

Summary: A wonderful house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Very easy to find and a great location. Very nicely renovated and upgraded with all the mud cons. Great communication with the host, a wonderful little surprise snack left in the kitchen, very tasty. We would definitely stay there again without hesitation. Thank you so much for a lovely time.
