Positive: Clean, large spacious house, well equipped kitchen, loved the jacuzzi beds really comfy.16 of us had a great week for my 60th birthday

Negative: I think you should have a note by cooker saying to make sure the pots on before turning it on ..Because the first day we was there we had to cook a full breakfast in the oven for 16 ! To be told the next day what to do... I was a bit disgusted that after we had rain we came back to leaks in the living room, floor soaked table soaked I had to put towels round the windows ..also a couple of windows couldn't be opened because they would have fallen out ..when your charging a lot for your home to be rented I think you should sort the problems out ..

Positive: The amazing space every large bedroom had its own barhroom lovey bedding and big fluffy towels, , brilliant location, lots of free parking, beautiful beach..

Negative: I would just say could do with a deep clean, all our socks were black with dirt .

Positive: I would 100% recommend this property .. such a beautiful house in a perfect location .. all the rooms were clean and had their own bathrooms which made life so easy .. for a large group of 12 we had sufficient amounts of towels and kitchen items .. hot tub was great too .. check in was so simple and there is clear instructions for everything .. 10/10 .. well done Jamie for good communication too!

Negative: This isn’t a not like more a heads up but the oven is a bit hit and miss .. top oven seems to over cook food on the top and bottom oven takes longer than is recommended but once you know that it’s fine

Summary: Perfect .. would definitely come back to Gorleston on sea

Positive: Stayed for 2 nights with our 3 generational family aged between 5 and 65 and we had a great time at Coral House. All the rooms were well proportioned and very clean with towels and linen all fresh. Super to be able to all sit and eat together and there were ample TV's to accomodate all viewing. Great to be so close to the sea front and lovely to have the hot tub and so many ensuites! Good responses from owners when needed. Ideal house would highly recommend.

Negative: Would have been useful to have more cutlery available. Hot tub had been deep cleaned on day of our arrival so took until the following day to heat up enough to use.

Positive: Location of the house to the beach was great, the layout and size of the rooms of the house were fantastic

Negative: We arrived early and went to see if we could get the keys, the cleaners were in so I completed the form and the lady on reception said she would ring us when it was ready, she didn't. We didn't see anyone in the 4 nights we were there to see the hot tub which wasn't at the right temperature so we couldn't use it for 3 days which was disappointing. Also, the property could do with a long handled brush, a cheese grater and a potato masher

Summary: Lovely house in a fab location, works for a big group and we will certainly be back.

Positive: The property was large, luxurious, well heated (considering we stayed when it was very cold) and comfortable. The house had a large kitchen / dining area and a spacious separate lounge area. The location next to Gorleston beach was excellent and we had some amazing coastal path walks.

Negative: It was perfect for our visit although for a large group, use of the normal sized fridge and cooker, would have to be planned carefully. The outside area / hot tub were not really for winter use (although we could have if we were brave enough) - although I imagine the aesthetic would be better in the summer.

Summary: Luxury but cosy house next to the beach
