Positive: Arrived at very short notice at 4.30am, due to emergency. No guests expected but clear instructions for entry and warm reception from very kind and friendly hosts, next morning. Breakfast was simple but perfect for my needs - toast, fruit , yoghurt, cheese range, cereals.

Positive: Julia was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed with a very comfy bed. We had the room overlooking the sea at Gorleston which was lovely to see, with table and chairs inside and on the balcony! We had a good choice of things for our continental breakfast.

Positive: Julia was an amazing hostess! She was present to meet us on arrival and was very helpful in getting us settled in. She had great recommendations for nearby dining. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. The home is located across the street from the promenade, with beautiful sea views. It is a great location for a stroll down the seafront before work and within walking distance to local shops and my work place. Julia accommodated an early check out, which was very helpful for me. Overall, absolutely loved our stay.
